Alcotec Classic T3 Turbo Yeast

Up to 18% alcohol

Alcotec Classic T3 is a very robust turbo yeast, always delivering its 14% alcohol in 3 days. Unless of course you decided to add more sugar (see instruction), in which case you can get 18% in 5 days instead.

Turbo yeast AlcoTec T3 Classic fermentation yeast 14% + free flavour essence

With this turbo yeast in just 3 days, you can achieve an alcohol content of up to 14%. Instructions:

• Fill 21 litres of lukewarm water (30°) into the fermentation container.
• Add 6 kg or 7 kg of sugar and stir until the sugar has completely dissolved.
• Add the contents of the packaging and stir.
• Perfect fermentation is recommended at room temperature between 20° - 30°C (max.35°C, at higher temperature stop the process).
• Optimal fermentation temperature up to 25°.

Attention:

Due to the very turbulent fermentation process, it is important to ensure sufficient space in the fermenter.
