With high attenuation, high occulation and good head retention, WildBrew Philly Sour™ is an ideal yeast for traditional styles such as Berliner Weisse, Gose, American Lambic-Style and American Wild Ales, and its resistance to hops make it perfect for Sour IPA’s.
