Young’s Super Wine Yeast Compound contains a blend of:

- Bentonite

It is formulated to support:
- High alcohol fermentation (around 13–18% ABV possible)

Usage
- Add approximately 1 heaped teaspoon per gallon (4.5L) directly to the must.
- No rehydration normally required.
- One 60g tub is typically enough for up to 10 gallons / 50 litres depending on recipe strength.
